Although the structural modifications were minimal, the transformation was remarkable. The project included repairs to the stucco and wood framing, replacement of select windows, installation of a new secure glass entry system with coded resident access, and elegant glass wall tile accents that elevate the arrival experience.

To ensure exceptional durability in the demanding coastal environment, the building received a premium four-coat paint system consisting of two coats of primer followed by two finish coats.
